Modeling my Passion~
Teaching Career
As a national art presenter, district mentor, and specialist leader, I bring innovative thinking and experience to my art program. I develop a STEAM-rich curriculum by creating engaging content and fine-tuning learning objectives, learners process critical thinking. While executing solutions, students master authentic voices driven by a personal story. Selected as a district leader in the arts, I travel to national and statewide conferences sharing content and empowering others.
As an educator, my experience includes the following:
Presenting at national and state conferences to educate other teachers and professionals within the industry
Teaching with Pinellas County Schools (high school & elementary)
Creates inspiring and creative experiences with students while infusing rigorous scales within art lessons
I have taught courses in beginning and advanced ceramics, design, 2D and 3D techniques, AP courses in 3D, and a wide variety of art courses and clubs for kindergarten through fifth grade.
Currently, I teach elementary ages K-5 with a very diverse group of students and use engaging strategies so they can find and reach their creative thrill. Through modeling, demonstrations, and building relationships, my career is highly gratifying.
